Aquanatal Classes Make a Splash for Mums-to-Be in Somerset and Wiltshire
Expectant mums in Somerset and Wiltshire can now enjoy the perfect mix of relaxation, gentle exercise, and social connection thanks to new Aquanatal classes running in the local area.
Designed specifically for pregnancy, our 30-minute classes offer a wonderful way to unwind, stay active, and share a few laughs with other mums-to-be. Led by qualified instructors, the sessions combine light aerobic activity with relaxation techniques, all in the soothing environment of a warm pool.
Classes take place every Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 to 6:30pm at The Lakeside Pool, Evercreech, Shepton Mallet (BA4 6QW). From Tuesday 13th May, an additional class will launch at Manor Farm Pool, Tytherington, near Warminster (BA11 7AD), running weekly on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 6:30pm.
To join, expectant mums will need to complete a Physical Activity Questionnaire before attending. Each class costs £12 and must be booked in advance as part of a block. Payment is taken over the phone via debit or credit card, and all participants must be registered prior to attending.
As a special bonus, once baby arrives, Aquanatal swimmers will receive 20% off their first block of baby swimming lessons with Puddle Ducks – a lovely way to continue the journey in the water with your little one.
