Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks has a roped-off section of the pool to use for lessons.
Poolside assistant: There is a DoubleTree health club member of staff available on reception desk for any venue queries.
Parking: Free parking is available in large hotel car park for 2-hours, please be aware of parking time constrictions. *Puddle Ducks will not be held responsible for any parking charges.
Access: To access the Health Club, use the main hotel entrance and turn immediately left and through the double doors. You will see the entrance to the Health Club reception desk straight ahead of you.
ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
- Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start of your lesson.
- There are no nappy bins at this venue so please take your nappy home with you.
- No food is permitted on the poolside or in the changing rooms, please save your child’s snack until after you have left the pool.
Changing
- There are male, female and disabled changing rooms with poolside showers available for use prior to and after your swim.
- Lockers are available in the changing rooms, please bring along a token/coin for use.
Spectators
- One poolside spectator is allowed for baby & pre-school classes.
- If you require assistance due to a disability (either your own disability or your child’s), then you are able to bring a spectator poolside to any class, to help as necessary.
Attire
- A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or an environmentally friendly Nappy Wrap & Liner underneath, if your child is not yet fully potty/toilet trained or in our Floaties, Splashers or Kickers classes. We recommend one of our great value Baby Swimming Kits, which contain the swim lesson essentials at a fantastic price.
