A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained.

Our recommendations would be:

• Happy nappy (compulsory until our Little Dippers classes)
• Spare disposable swimming nappies/nappy wrap and liner (just in case of accidents)
• Spare nappies for after the lesson
• An extra towel (in case of any accidents)
• Snacks (for toddlers)
• Small activity or toy for your little one to entertain them while the grown up gets dressed (e.g book, small toy such as a car, cuddly toy or doll)
• It's always a good idea to bring a spare set of clothes... just in case

The ladies’ changing room is located upstairs. To access the changing room, from the reception desk, walk down the corridor towards the double doors at the end of the corridor Before you reach the end of the corridor you will see a door on your left. Please go through here and up the stairs. At the top of the stairs there is another boor in front of you, please go through here and go all the way to the end of the corridor. The ladies changing is through the door at the end of the corridor. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU USE THE FAMILY CHANGING AREA AT THE BACK OF THE CHANGING ROOM. Once you have changed, come out of the ladies changing room and go down the stairs immediately on your right as you leave the changing room. The entrance to the pool is through a door on your left at the bottom of the stairs.

The gents changing room is located downstairs. To access, from the reception desk, walk down the corridor towards the double doors at the end of the corridor, go through these doors into the gym area (cafe on your left). Keep walking through the gym to the bottom past some stairs. The door to the gents changing is on your right. WE KINDLY REQUEST THAT YOU USE THE FAMILY CHANGING AREA AT THE BACK OF THE CHANGING ROOM. Once you have changed, the entrance to the pool is through a door on your right as you leave the changing room
