Aquanatal

Aquanatal classes are now available in Ashford at Grosvenor Hall!

  • Experience the perfect balance of relaxation, laughter and exercise – a wonderful way to unwind and stay healthy during your pregnancy.

Swimming is one of the safest ways to exercise during pregnancy as the water supports your joints whilst also providing resistance work for all the muscles.

Our teachers must pass antenatal swimming training that is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives Trust, STA Aquacise training and our own extensive Aquanatal training. This means that you’re in the safest possible hands as you work out and relax.

  • The classes are 7.15-7.45pm on Tuesdays at Grosvenor Hall, Ashford. Classes are 30 minutes long and each class is £9.00.

Once you've given birth, you are also able to redeem a special offer - exclusive to Aquanatal swimmers - of 20% off of your first set of baby swimming lessons with us at Puddle Ducks!
