Parking: There is plenty of roadside parking (with no restrictions) on the surrounding residential roads. Please do not park in the school car park, this is for staff use only.
Exclusivity: Puddle Ducks have exclusive use during hire times.
Access:
IMPORTANT: Please wait at the pedestrian gate that leads on to the playground, there will be a Puddle Ducks welcome notice attached to the gate. A member of our team will meet you at the gate 15 minutes prior to the start of your class and lead your group to the pool. Please do not arrive any earlier than 15 minutes before your lesson starts as the gate will be locked. Many thanks.
Changing Rooms:
There are two changing rooms available for changing (one male and one female) and a separate toilet cubicle. There are no showers. The changing rooms are relatively small so please bring minimum belongings with you. Please note, for health and safety reasons we are unable to provide changing mats for young children so please bring your own with you or a large towel to lay on the floor.
Essential Information:
- An approved well fitting neoprene, or similar fabric must be worn with a reusable eco-friendly NappyWrap & Liner or a disposable swim nappy underneath. This is if your child is in Floaties, Splashers, Kickers or any other programme if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained. - We recommend that you bring a spare towel and changing mat so that you have a dry comfortable surface to change your baby. The antibacterial neoprene baby changing mats are perfect and can go in the washing machine
- Strictly no eating or smoking on the premises
- Please take ALL nappies home with you

- Pool temperature: 30-31°C
- Depth: 0.9m graduating to 1.2m
- Maximum class ratios: 8 children/adult pairs:1 teacher.
Poolside assistant: A Puddle Ducks member of staff is present on site during the week and available at weekends.
Directions:
- From Croydon Road / A242: Turn on to Batts Hill. Continue on, turn right on to Coniston Way. Turn right on to Windermere Way. Turn right on to Kendal Close.
- From Redhill / Linkfield Lane: Turn on to Daneshill. Continue up the hill. At the crossroads with Batts Hill, continue straight over to Coniston Way. Continue up the hill. Turn left on to Windermere Way. Turn right on to Kendal Close.
