Essential Pool Information
What to wear
Swim Academy: all children must wear suitable swimming outfits, goggles if they wish and a swimming hat. You will be given a swim hat at your class or feel free to bring your own.
You can find our range of goggles and other Swim Accessories in our online shop.
Baby & Pre-school: A well-fitting neoprene swim nappy must be worn with a disposable swim nappy or one of our environmentally friendly NappyWraps & Liners underneath if your child is in Floaties, Splashers or Kickers and in other programmes if they are not yet fully potty/toilet trained. We recommend one of our great value Baby Swimming Kits, which contain the swim lesson essentials at a fantastic price.
Changing Rooms
Exclusive use of a male and female changing room. Swim Academy children are to change with their parent in the parents gender appropriate changing room, until aged 8 when they should change in their own gender appropriate changing room.
Please arrive 'swim ready' to speed up the changing time and don't arrive more than 10minutes before your class time.
Additional Pool Information
Spectators allowed
Photography is allowed in 'splash time' only for baby & pre-school sessions, at the end of the lesson and at teachers discretion. No videos allowed.
No food or drink to be consumed on the premises.
Baby & Pre-school: 8 adult/child pairings with 1 teacher
