PJ Week at Mid Cheshire!

All our swimmers have definitely been stars this week during PJ week! Our super swimmers go through all different scenarios of lifesaving in and out of the water and are involved in lots of role play from learning how to save someone who has fallen into the water, to how to save yourself if you have fallen into the water! All done whilst wearing our PJ'S to feel the sensation of the heaviness of clothes in the water and how you can still swim or float. Vital life and water safety skills.
