Floaties spaces (0-9 months) now available on Wednesdays at The Hilton Hotel Leicester (LE19 1WQ).

It's the perfect introDUCKtion to swimming!

Swimming with your new baby is one of the most wonderful bonding experiences you can share together, helping you to relax and feel confident.

Only in the water can a baby move freely, providing a gentle workout, to help core muscle development and often improving sleeping & eating patterns.
