⭐️Our Star Teacher for Autumn 2024 is Emma. ⭐️
We want to say a massive well done to Emma for winning this award again this term, and for being a wonderful teacher to so many of our children.
Emma received this lovely nomination:
Our star teacher would be Emma, she teaches both of our little boys in Splashers and Little Dippers. I feel Emma really listens to the children, particularly when Harry went through a difficult stage. He said no a lot and she thought of other methods to get the same outcome! Even learning the paw patrol colours so Harry could choose his woggle colour to match his favourite paw patrol colours. Its these small things that really do make a huge difference to our swimming lessons.
We want to say a massive thank you to Martine from @debutotsoxfordandsurroundings for being our judge. We know she found it extremely hard to pick a winner.
Martine says "A star teacher can make ripples of change in a child’s life. This star teacher addressed the child’s insecurities by prioritizing connection and getting to know the student personally to understand what it would take to help them achieve their goals. Little details matter and they help children feel valued, fostering self-belief to overcome obstacles and embrace learning with resilience."
