Crash Courses

Our Swim Academy Crash Courses are suitable children aged 4-10 years old. We cater for all levels of experience, whether your child is an existing customer, a complete beginner or has completed stages or levels in other swim programmes.

Our teachers are qualified to the highest standards but also trained in child development and how to create the perfect learning environment for your child. They are trusted, respected and loved by our swimmers.

If you are unsure which session your child needs, then please see below the guidance for each level.

Level 1 & 2: Beginners and children working towards their 5 metre badge. You’ll see your confidence soar by the end of the week! From beginner to fish by the end of the week, that’s what we’re aiming for!

Level 3 & 4: Children who have achieved their 5 metre badge and working towards their 10 metres. Children who are confident jumping in the water independently and can turn and swim back to the side on their own. Children who are always happy with their face in the water and who are also happy to float / swim 5 metres on their back. We look forward to welcoming you to Level 3 & 4!

Level 5: Ultra-confident children who are happy to swim in deep water. Must be extremely confident in water and have achieved at least their 10 metre badge. The deep end has a depth of 3 metres, so all children signing up for Level 5+ must be confident treading water and swimming in water where they can’t touch the floor.

Level 6: We’re already happy in the deep end, and can swim 25 metres with ease. Now, we’re working on stamina and starting to streamline that technique. Can we get 50 metres+ by the end of the week?! We hope so… let’s go!
