It can sometimes take children (and parents) a few weeks to settle into a new class. For this reason, we offer all of our new customers an initial 3 week cancellation policy. If within the first few weeks you decide that you don't want to continue for any reason, just pop us an email at least 48 hours before the 4th scheduled session and we can refund the rest of your booking for you.
After the initial 3 weeks, we ask for 30 days notice.
If you do decide to cancel your classes, don't forget to ensure that you have booked all of your courtesy classes before your last class with us.
