We are looking for a new Poolside Assistant!

Our team is made up of really special people that love what they do. Could you be the next person to join us? Are you looking for a part time role to fit in with your existing commitments? You don’t need to have any previous experience as we provide all of the Puddle Ducks training: You just need to be friendly, approachable and be committed to delivering great customer service for our customers. 

If you share our passion for giving our swimmers great memories and a fantastic time at their swimming lesson every week then we would love to hear from you. 

  • We are looking for a Poolside Assistant to join our team on a Sunday morning, based at Highdown Sport and Leisure, Emmer Green, RG4 8LR.

    This is a fun and rewarding role working with our swimmers and their parents. This is primarily a customer service role as you are the first person our customers see as they arrive at the pool. Having a poolside assistant at many of our pools is one of the main things that makes Puddle Ducks different. 

    Hours are Sundays 7.45am - 12.00pm including a 15-minute unpaid break.

    Other hours and cover may be available.

    Rates of pay:  

      • Under 21’s £8.60/hour (£9.64/hour including holiday pay) 
      • Over 21’s £11.44/hour (£12.82/hour including holiday pay)
